By accessing stackhydro.com or purchasing StackHydro products, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Products & Pricing
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to correct errors and update pricing without notice. Confirmed order prices are honored at the time of purchase.
Availability is subject to stock. We may limit quantities per customer or cancel orders affected by pricing or inventory errors, with a full refund when applicable.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing for business accounts.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law. Inspect packages on arrival and report damage within 48 hours.
Returns & Warranty
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened systems are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days when reported with supporting photos.
StackHydro systems include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Extended coverage may apply to pumps and LED drivers when registered within 30 days of purchase. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is owned by StackHydro or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute site content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StackHydro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
