Do I need gardening experience to use StackHydro?
No prior experience is required. Our systems are designed for beginners and include step-by-step setup guides. Most customers harvest their first crop within 3–4 weeks.
What can I grow with a StackHydro system?
Leafy greens, herbs, and small fruiting plants work best — lettuce, basil, kale, cherry tomatoes, and peppers are popular choices. Each product page lists recommended crops and capacity.
How much space do I need?
The StackHydro Tower fits in a 2×2 ft footprint and works on countertops or floors. Larger modular systems scale vertically, so floor space stays minimal while yield increases.

What is included in the box?
Each kit includes the tower or module, nutrient reservoir, pump, growing channels, starter seed pods, and a quick-start guide. LED grow lights are included with full systems; accessory listings note what is sold separately.
Can I add accessories later?

Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically ship within 2–3 business days and arrive in 5–7 business days. You will receive tracking details by email once your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened systems qualify for exchange or store credit if reported within 14 days of delivery with photos of any damage.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost for verified shipping damage.
